Step 2: Your Personalized Strategic Planning Session (SPS)

Once you’ve attended our seminar, the next step is to dive into your personalized planning. This begins with scheduling your Strategic Planning Session (SPS).

During your SPS, we use the Monteforte Law Wealth Preservation System, designed by attorney Mike Monteforte, to determine the best estate plan for your specific needs. This is where we get into the details of your situation and craft a plan that protects what matters most.

What to expect at your SPS:

  • Personalized Planning: Your estate plan is tailored specifically for you and your family.
  • Interactive Session: Ask questions, clarify your concerns, and make sure you’re comfortable with every step.
  • Homework: You may be asked to gather some additional information to finalize your plan—don’t worry, we make it easy!

Step 3: Finalize Your Estate Plan by Signing Your Documents

Now that your estate plan is ready, it’s time to make it official. The final step is coming in to sign your documents and receive your completed estate plan.

At Monteforte Law, we make this process seamless. You’ll leave with a fully executed estate plan, organized neatly in a tabbed binder, so you have everything you need in one place. From the moment you sign, your plan is fully in effect, and your family is protected.
